The South Carolina Child Care Association would like to inform you that the Supervision Ratios shall remain at the June 24, 2008 levels.  This Bill will in fact be the law on July 1, 2010. 

 

The Governor signed the bill today, the law states:  "26.24.  (DSS:  Day Care Facilities Supervision Ratios)  For Fiscal Year 2010-11, staff-child ratios contained in Regulations 114-504B, 114-504C, 114-524B, and 114-524C shall remain at the June 24, 2008 levels."
